Refund and Returns Policy

We stand behind every product we create. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • A proof of purchase is required

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety, the following are final sale:

  • Body butters, skincare, and cosmetics
  • Lip glosses and clay masks
  • Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner
  • Roll-on fragrances
  • Candles (if used or burned)

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow a few business days for processing

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective.

To request one, email us at {email address} with your order details and photos if applicable.


Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returns.
